Yes, but the IUD must come out before you take the abortion pill. Removal can usually be done at the same appointment, takes only a few minutes, and is included in the cost of your visit at The Center for Women.

How Late Can I Get the Abortion Pill in Illinois?

The abortion pill can be used up to 10 weeks (70 days) of pregnancy, counted from the first day of your last menstrual period. At The Center for Women, the doctor confirms how far along you are with an ultrasound at your appointment. The earlier you come in, the better the pills work. If you are past 10 weeks, the doctor can go over your options with you.
